Honesty,

Ask yourself the following questions:

Are you lacking this?
Feel triggered by it?
Feel pushed, ashamed, hurt because of it?
Do you consider yourself an honest person or you just provide the minimum information to sell yourself,"differently"

Honesty, 

Refers to a facet of moral character and connotes positive and virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, straightforwardness, including straightforwardness of conduct, along with the absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc. *

I'm so honest that is labeled as a Blunt person but you know what comes of it, we expect people to be as honest with us as we are with them, egos suffer most of the time due to the giver or receiver, because we either offend them or they recoil for the reaction it may cause the sincerity in our words. So, you shut yourself, you start avoiding speaking your mind and at the end, you start molding yourself because that flame starts to extinguish, you transform in someone you are not.

longer keep it low, that you need to surface, that you claim yourself.

You explode!

And people start talking, why you are acting up, why are you behaving, they start labeling you as selfish, irresponsible, inconsiderate, nonempathetic, they start pitying you.

Does my honesty offend you?

Does my "bluntness" make you feel uncomfortable?

If telling the truth set us apart, so be it...

I rather keep the image of you that were so understanding,

But I had the courage to call you out,

I cant longer keep maintaining friendships out of generosity,

I cant longer ignore that there is much poison that is making me sick,

It hurts because we grab trust in the wrong individuals.

Be honest.

Don't avoid confrontation because you want to keep lying to yourself,

Kill me with the truth rather than with kindness...

Don't lie, I never asked you to push me up,

All I wanted from you was to hold my hand when I was falling apart.

Don't you ever pity me,

Resilience is my strength,

Courage my second name,

Honesty my given place.
